Return & Refund Policy – Emirates Vapor
We want every Emirates Vapor customer to be completely satisfied with their order. Here's our clear, fair return and refund policy.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns and offer replacements or full refunds in the following cases:
- Damaged on arrival — product was damaged during delivery
- Defective product — device doesn't work as expected (e.g., doesn't fire, leaks excessively, no vapour output)
- Wrong item sent — you received a different product to what you ordered
- Missing item — something from your order was not included
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via our Contact page
- Include your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue
- Our team will review and confirm your return within 12 hours
- We'll arrange collection of the item (at no cost to you) and send a replacement or process a refund
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened products returned for flavour or personal preference reasons
- Products where the packaging seal has been broken (unless defective)
- Products reported more than 48 hours after delivery
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method (card, or cash equivalent for COD orders).
