Refund & Return Policy
At Emirates Vapor we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains returns, refunds and replacements for orders placed on emiratesvapor.com.
Returns (7 days)
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used disposable vapes, pods and e-liquids cannot be returned unless faulty.
Damaged or defective items
If your device arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo or video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Wrong item received
If you receive an incorrect product, we will collect it and deliver the correct item at no extra cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Non-returnable items
Opened disposables, used pods, opened e-liquids and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.
